THE PROCESS
01. Send an enquiry
You reach out with your date and details so we can start tailoring the perfect experience for you.
02. Let’s chat
Jump on a discovery call, video chat or have a face-to-face meeting with William to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.
03. Lock it in
If we proceed, you’ll receive a contract and invoice. Once the deposit is paid, your date is officially secured.
04. Planning support
You’ll get access to helpful resources and can brainstorm ideas with William as he guides you through the process.
05. Final check-in
A few weeks out, we’ll go over your timeline, photo lists, and all the finer details to ensure everything runs smoothly.
06. The wedding day
We’ll be there to document the magic with a calm, intentional approach, fully focused on telling your story.
07. Sneak peeks
You’ll receive a small selection of edited previews within 24-48hrs so you can relive the memories fast!
08. Gallery & album delivery
Your full gallery arrives in 4–6 weeks. If you’ve chosen an album, we’ll then start the design process and deliver it once approved.
